§1 General Information

  1. The online store available at www.sipura.eu is operated by:

  2. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store, placing orders, delivery, returns, complaints, and personal data protection.

§2 Placing Orders

  1. The store enables the purchase of specialized cleaning agents for photovoltaic panels.

  2. All products offered are available immediately and stored in our warehouse.

  3. Orders can be placed 24/7 via the store’s website.

  4. After placing an order, the Customer receives an email confirming that the order has been accepted for processing.

§3 Order Processing and Delivery Times

  1. Order processing time (preparing the package for shipment) is up to 48 business hours from the moment the payment is booked.

  2. Delivery time depends on the selected carrier and usually takes up to 48 business hours.

  3. Deliveries are carried out within Poland via courier services and InPost parcel lockers.

§4 Prices and Payments

  1. All prices displayed in the store are gross prices (including VAT).

  2. The Customer may pay using:

    • fast online transfers (e.g., Przelewy24, BLIK),

    • traditional bank transfer,

    • payment card,

    • cash on delivery.

§5 Returns

  1. In accordance with applicable law, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the order.

  2. To withdraw from the contract, the Customer must send a declaration via email or use the return form available on the website.

  3. The product must be returned immediately, no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal declaration, to the following address: TORIVA Sp. z o.o., ul. Żwirki i Wigury 12C, 62-006 Kobylnica

  4. The refund will be issued within 14 days from the moment the returned product is received, via bank transfer to the account provided by the Customer.

§6 Complaints

  1. All products offered in the store are new and free from defects.

  2. The Customer has the right to file a complaint if physical defects of the product are detected.

  3. Complaints should be submitted via email to: kontakt@sipura.eu, describing the issue and attaching photos and the order number.

  4. Complaints are processed within 14 business days. If the complaint is accepted, the product will be replaced with a new one or a refund will be issued.

§7 Personal Data Protection

  1. The Controller of Customers’ personal data is TORIVA Sp. z o.o.

  2. Data is processed in accordance with GDPR regulations solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and customer service.

  3. The Customer has the right to access, correct, transfer, and delete their personal data.

§8 Final Provisions

  1. TORIVA Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be published on the website.

  2. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
