What is Simpura PP Pure Power used for?

Simpura PP Pure Power is a specialized cleaning agent for photovoltaic panels. It removes dust, soot, pollen, bird droppings, and other contaminants without leaving streaks or residue.

Is Simpura PP safe for panel surfaces?

Yes. The product has a neutral pH and contains no alcohol or abrasive substances. It is completely safe for solar glass and anti-reflective coatings.

Is the product biodegradable?

Yes, Simpura PP Pure Power is an environmentally friendly formula. The product is biodegradable and can be used without concern for the environment.

How much product is needed for one cleaning?

On average, 100–150 ml of concentrate (diluted with water) is enough for a single cleaning of a home installation with a capacity of 3–5 kWp.

 
 
Can I use the product on other surfaces?

The product was created specifically for PV panels, but it can also be used on windows and glass surfaces. However, we recommend testing it on a small area first.

 
 
How long do I have to wait for order processing?

Order processing takes up to 48 business hours. Shipping is usually carried out within one day of the payment being recorded.

What payment methods are available?

We accept fast online transfers (Przelewy24, BLIK), card payments, traditional bank transfers, and cash on delivery.

Are the products available immediately?

Yes. All products offered are physically in our warehouse and ready for immediate shipment.

How can I return a product?

You have 14 days to return a product without giving a reason. Simply inform us by email and send the product back to our address. The refund will be issued within 14 days.

 
 
How do I submit a complaint?

If you find a defect in the product, please contact us by email at kontakt@sipura.eu, including your order number and a photo of the issue. We review complaints within 14 days.
